OEM Builder Pack and Dual Boot

I bought an HP Desktop that was supposed to have a free upgrade to
Vista Home Premium

Because the store did not advise me of a time limit for the upgrade I
was locked out.

The store gave me a free copy of OEM System Builder Pack.

1. Even if I did not want to Dual Boot, I would need to know where to
look as to how to install.

2. I would prefer to get Vista installed and also be able to Dual Boot
to XP.

Any help in how to do this, or where to look for the proceedure would
be appreciated.

Purchase and install a second hard drive (slave), then install
Windows Vista on it. Vista will automatically install
a dual-boot loader which will enable you to boot into
Windows XP or Windows Vista.
