OE6 Spellcheck

I loaded office 2007 on my computer and I have kept OE6 for my Email.
When I loaded the new office, I of course loaded in the selecting the
English Language. But when I now go to by Email and create an Email
and check my spelling the spellcheck language is in French. I have
look everywhere, but of course in the correct place to figure out how
to change the language in spelling. Really can use some assistance on
this issue.

However, it seems the new Office 2007 is not compatible with OE when it
comes to spell-checking:

You no longer have spell checking capabilities in some languages in Outlook

Outlook 2007 breaks OE's spelling.
