OE takes forever to open.

Made no changes of which i am aware but one day Outlook
Express starts taking 2-3 minutes to open. It used to open
instantaneously. Checked all the usual suspects to no
avail. I'm afraid someday it's just not going to open at
all. Perhaps related - If I highlite a contact (I use the
4 pane view) & right click properties it takes as long to
show properties as it does to open..2-3 min. BUT, if I go
to "tools"- address book- select a person & right click on
properties it shows them INSTANTLY.....same properties!!

Appreciate any help here.

I would use this program , make a backup somewhere and
then re-install it.
