OE retrieve multiple folders

I have a web based POP3 email system. I have messages that go to the
Inbox and I have a rule that sends some to a different folder, ie
Spam. Is there a way to have Outlook Express 6 retrieve the mail from
the Inbox folder and the Spam folder while keeping the same setup on
the web interface?

That would have to be a function of the mail server.

The POP3 protocol does not provide any folder information. There is no way for the client
to ask for a specific server folder or for the mail server to tell the client which folder
a message is from.

One web based service that I'm familiar with is Yahoo. The user has the option of a Bulk
(spam) folder. An additional server option is whether any POP3 mail client downloads just
the server Inbox or also the server Bulk folder. Your mail server would have to offer a
similar option for OE to download the spam folder.
