OE removes all attachments

Anybody know why I can not revcieve attachments on my
Outlook Express account. I see the paper clip in the
corner and get this message "OE has removed acess to the
followiing unsafe attachments...." I am fairly certain
that all the attachments ent to me can't be unsafe! Is
there a fix for this?

click on Tools at the top and click on Options,
click on security tab, and uncheck the
box " Do not allow attachments to be saved
or opend that could potentially be a virus"
