OE REMOVED ACCESS TO ATTACHMENTS

Regarding the subject error re: opening attachments, does
anyone know how to fix? I ran into this several years ago
and figured it out somehow, but for the life of me cannot
remember how to eliminate this.

This is the default security setting for OE. To change this (and please
exercise caution about those attachments that you want to open!), click
Tools, Options|Security. Then un-check the second checkbox from the top -
the one labeled "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened ..."
