oe removed acccess to the follwing unsafe attachments help!

Hey

Can anyone help someone sent me a document witch is not a virus or anything
just a document and it says the above. Anyone know how I can read it?

Check Tools/options/security
make sure "do not allow attachments...." is unchecked.
