OE error message 452, too many recepients

I have a group of 154 that I am trying to send a
notification to and I keep getting a message that there
are too many recepients, send more later. I don't know
if any went out or how to correct this.
 
Your ISP/Company is limiting how many people you can send a message to. You
will have to use smaller groups (start with 25) or contact the support folks
and see what the limit is.
