OE doesn't open

Everytime I click on the program, the pointer-hour glass
comes up for a split second, and then it stops and the
program doesn't open.

No other programs on my computer have this problem, and
I've repeatedly searched for viruses to no avail.

Any info would be appreciated as to how to fix this
problem.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
