oe blocks my attachments

Whenever I get an attachment on outlook express I get a
message that oe has blocked the attachment as unsafe.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, G

From the Tools menu, select Options, then click Security. Uncheck the
second checkbox from the top.
