OE attachments

I am getting the following message when someone sends an
attachment other than JPEG.

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachment in
your mail

I know every attachment isn't "unsafe". Does anyone know
what causes this?

**Although the name of this newsgroup is 'Access.Queries',
it is actually referring to the Access Database Query Object.**

But, Tools / Options --> Security Tab. The checkbox that implies "Do not
accept attachments".
