OE 6 sending to unintended recipient

Sent a message from OE 6 to a work account I have. When I open it at work it
shows that I sent it not only to myself, but to someone else in my address
book.

Same thing has happened to me where someone whose address book I am in sends
me a message (also using OE) but I was not on the recipient list. I'm not
filling in the bcc: and neither is the other person. Recent virus scan comes
up clean. Any suggestions?
