OE 6.0 and Hotmail

When I try to open an attachment in Outlook Express 6.0 Hotmail I get the
following message. "this file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control
panel". Where is the folder options control panel? I don't know how to fix
this and why all of a sudden am I having this problem? I have been using
hotmail for so many years and this is the first time this has happened.

I apologize to you. Where should I be posting this problem I am having? I
could not really understand all the different departments to send this email

Find one with "windows" in the name. They're at the bottom of the dropdown
list on the Microsoft Discussion Groups site.
