My husband was replying to an email from Ireland (someone he emails
frequently with) when he got a unicode message and the email did not send.
Thinking, I would sort it out for him later, he continued answering emails
but was not able to send any of them. I was able to create a new email and
copy/paste the email to the Ireland address and send successfully. However,
since then, I have been unable to send any emails. When you press "send"
nothing happens. It doesn't send, it doesn't give an error message, it
doesn't go to the outbox. His toolbar looks different than it used to
(although since I don't usually use this computer, I'm not sure what is
missing). When I create a new email, it has a send button on the left, with
"File" "Edit" "View" etc to the right.
I did go to Tools, Options, Font to see if the default "Western European"
was still chosen, and it is.
Any help would be appreciated.
