Odd printing problem with Word and Excel

I have done a document, a price list, in Word 2007 and saved it as 97-2003.
It all looks good in preview etc. and converts to PDF fine. However, if I
try to print it out from Word, the graphics part of every other page only
prints about 2/3 of the image. There is a jpeg and the cells of the tables
that get cut off, but only on pages 2,4,6 & 8. This also happens in Excel.
Any ideas?

If it translates correctly to PDF, it suggests that the printer driver is
the issue. See if there's an update. Does it print correctly from the PDF?

With some experimentation, I've discovered this is a printer problem. I
emailed the file to someone else at work and had them print it out on their
laser printer without a problem. I tried to download driver updates, but I'm
not sure they were installed. Oh well, the PDF works fine, so I'll just
convert anything I want to print with graphics and call it a day.
Thanks.
