odbc connectivity

hi,

I've been trying to create an odbc connection from my pc
to the sql server db in the office without any luck.
When I test my odbc connection the application hangs.

Anyone have any troubleshooting advise?

Try updating the MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) to latest
version to improve performance.
