ODBC Add in

2000 and 2002 's Open Database Connectivity (ODBCF) addin
enables excel to use other data bases, i.e access. the
SqL.Request worksheet function.
My question is what can I do to 2003 to enable the same
add-in function?? Becase it appears Microsoft didn't care
to add this function to 2003!!!

can anyone help???
