ocx not trusted for the specified action

I updated Windows XP via the Microsoft update site since
when I now get an error message when trying to use the
Microsoft Rich Text control Richtx32.ocx. Error message
is:

"the subject is not trusted for the specified action"

Somehow my use of Richtx32.ocx has become 'distrusted'?

Can anyone help?

I picked up the exact same issue. The only thing that I have found s
far is that a Windows update may have gone awry. Have you foun
anything more
