OCA.microsoft.com appears to have lost my error reports!

My PC has submitted a number of crash reports recently in
respect of a problem with mailwasherpro 3.3 and 3.4. When
I go to the OCA.microsoft.com website to look at the
progress of the reports, they are not there? Can anyone
cast light as to the reason why. Cos i'd like to inform
the supplier of the software that there is a problem, but
I can't send them details, cos the report's not on the
site!

From the OCA Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page:
Why do I not see my Error Reports on the Status page?
http://oca.microsoft.com/EN/FAQ.asp#NoStatus

Note that application errors and Windows errors are handled differently. If
you configure XP to send app error data, it will be sent and should appear
in your Status pages. OCA may comment on those that occur for a large
number of users. They may even suggest a workaround or provide a link to
third party support. However, the ultimate responsibility for dealing with
app errors and providing a fix is up to the application developers. OCA
does allow them access to the collected data but whether they choose to do
utilize it or not is the app developer's own decision.

Sharon - Thank you

The page where i would expect to find the error reports is https://oca.microsoft.com/EN/secure/status.asp
On this page Passport protected page I have various reports dated pre 07/11/2002 but none after that date despite at least a dozen reports having been generated in the last week.

How do I restore the facility for the reports that are sent to MS to appear on this screen?
The problem I am having with MailWasherPro has now happened 8 times in the last 48 hours, so I am "most keen" to communicate the problem to the software supplier but am unable to do so since the reports and the details of the fault are not appearing on the OCA page.

You're welcome. I don't think that you should have to do anything to
reinstate this. There was an update for Error Reporting. Since you've just
reinstalled XP, perhaps that hasn't been applied yet?

I have had errors not show up at OCA as well. Don't have any showing from last year like
you mention. Only recent ones, older ones seem to "roll off" the list.

I suspect that there are some errors that never get sent completely. If
the "finished" notice doesn't show up, it seems to be hit or miss whether
the error shows up at OCA or not.

I still think that you should follow up with tech support for MailWasher
to see what's going on with their program. Even if your errors were
showing up at OCA, they would still be the most accurate source of
information about how to fix this program. Searching Google for MailWasher
Pro took me to Firetrust.com and mailwasher.net. Both sites mention the
help file and the online FAQs as the main form of support. For matters not
covered in those sources, the directions are to email the company for
assistance:
