Obtaining an oid

I tried to execute the oidgen.exe, which often comes with
Windows 2000 server Resource kit, but wasn't able to
locate the executable on my CD. I searched microsoft's
web knowledge base, etc but was uneventful. Would
appreciate any input or suggested on-line help.

IIRC, it's part of the 2000 Resource Kit but is, sadly, not part of the
freely downloadable utilities.
