Obtain AD OU membership with VB .net

I would like to use VB to otain members from an Active Directory OU. This
would be helpful for reviewing our various OU security group
membership.

I believe that I saw an article regarding this on the MSDN home page a few
months ago. However, I am unable to find it.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?
