Object Error

I can't view the microsoft knowledge base page correctly (the drop down boxes are blank) as there are object errors on line 374 - 1, 78 - 4 and 227 - 3, all being code 0. I have xp professional and I.E. 6. I also downloaded the latest script engine for xp to see if that would resolve the problem and also enabled script debugging but no such luck.

Help me please
