object clip gallery option missing ?

for some installations of access 2003,on forms i can insert an object and get
the choice of microsoft clip gallery and on others i don't . how do i get
access to clip gallery on all my pc's with access 2003

Apparently (see URL below) Clip Gallery was a component of Office 2000 that
has been replaced in later versions of Office. You'll still see it on PCs
that formerly had Office 2000 installed and have since been upgraded to a
later version, but it is not available on PCs on which the later version of
Office was installed without upgrading from Office 2000.
