Object Calendar 8.0

When i insert object calendar in a worksheet it cames in DESIGN mode an
i dont know how to change to NORMAL mode when it loads, the othe
problem is when i insert codes in the calendar on event CLICK, when
close the excel2000 the code dissapear and i dont know how to make i
stays for use on others worksheets.
HELP
