O2000 Undeliverable... sometimes

I've been getting an "Undeliverable:" error when I try to send from Outlook
2000. Very short "test" messages go out successfully, but messages in the
order of about 10kb fail with "No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient" . I have no problem receiving messages. I am a
ComCast subscriber and I use their mail/smtp settings. Does this issue even
have anything to do with message size?

If you have an antivirus scanner integrated into Outlook and scanning
outgoing mail, try disabling it. It's pointless anyway.
