hi posted this on uk.adverts.computer , but have had no response, any ideas
out there!

looking for some ideas on getting the best price / sorry spec that money
can buy.

More than likely on visa or mastercard.

So any deals going for something like P4 3ghz base unit using the new 775
cpus, 512 ddr , mobo with pci express ? ,case, nvidia fx video, or ati 9600?
HD 120gb?
not everything essential as a unit could be just the best price for single
items.

have some local shops that sell components, but seem to be overpriced.

Since you are in the UK, you might want to go with Mesh. They offer
interesting Athlon 64 systems, but also offer systems with Intel

Thanks Jk, just pondering between intel and amd as i currently use an
athlon.
I dont have any real preference, but keeping costs down seems to be the amd
way.
