I'm looking for documentation on this service that runs on Xp embedded.
Could anyone point me in thew right direction?

I don't think nxclean is a part of the XP/XPe. Why do you think it is?
What nxclean service you meant? Is it the one that cleans up the INUSE.* files should your system crash?
