nwiz.exe and sgtray not responding?

Hi, i have 2 problems one is at start up i get a window
that says nwiz.exe is not responding and needs to shutdown
I looked at the microsoft crash annalisis and it say
contact nvidea so i went there it seems to be a capture
driver but there are many of those and I dont no how to
figure out which one to pick to redownload or update or
decipher my problem. The other problem is sgtray at
shutdown sometimes I get this program is not responding.
Any suggestions would be appreciated thx

You don't need either of those programs to start with Windows. Go to
Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes. Find the culprits and
uncheck the box next to their names. Apply and OK. When you restart the
machine, you'll get a dialog about having used the System Configuration
Tool; just check the box that says in effect, "don't bother me about
this again".

I have a similar problem except that i get tfswctrl.exe
not respoding at shutdowm in addition to similar message
for sgtray.exe.

Should i disable tfswctrl.exe as well?

It won't hurt to, tfswctrl.exe is a packet writing program from HP for
direct-to-CD burning. It's not essential to normal operation.
