I have had this message crop up before when trying to run
older Win 95/98 software, but it is now popping up
repeatedly since I installed Norton's Internet Security
Suite 2004. It is a box that pops up in the middle of the
screen that says "NVTDM KERNEL: Missing 16-bit system
module. Please re-install the following module to your
system32 directory: SYSTEM.DRV". I of course have one
major problem- I can't find my Windows XP upgrade disk.
Found the original packaging but no disk. Can I possibly
do this is any way without the disk (such as being able to
download the SYSTEM.DRV from Microsoft), or, if I manage
to find it, how do I get just the SYSTEM.DRV off the disk
and into my system32 directory? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks, Rick
