I'm going to build another computer with NVRAID but I don't know much about
it. I want to put 2 SATA HD inside the computer and one SATA HD outside
(External) If I have 3 partitions for each drive can I mirror all 3
partitions including my C drive?

No, you can't do that setup. NVRAID supports the following configs: RAID 0
with two drives, RAID1 with two drives, RAID 0+1 with four drives, and JBOD
(spanning) with up to four drives. When you set up a RAID1 array through
NVRAID you require TWO drives. The RAID 1 array hey will appear as one
logical partition to the OS. They don't have to identical in size, although
for practical purposes they should be. Follow instructions below
