My nVidia GeForce4 MX440SE-T AGP Graphics card works fine
except for the WDM Video Capture (universal) driver =
nvcap.sys. I have tried all device manager driver options
and had to finally disable this function. Sometimes it
would cause windows to shut down and run chkdsk. Other
times my screen was so garbled I would have to boot into
safe mode to disable the driver. I have all the latest
drivers and updates. All directX functions are perfect. No
conflicts were reported in device manager other than the
fact that it's now disabled. If anyone has had a similar
experience or has an idea of whats going on please post
reply.
