nvidia geforce6100 component

I builded a component for nvidia geForce 6100.
During fba appears the blue screen:

driver_unloaded_without_cancelling_pending_operations

stop 0x000000CE (0XF6EC4F30,0X00000000,0XF6EC4F30,0X00000000)

The cause is NV4MINI.SYS.


How can I manage This?

I'm having the same problem using an nVidia 6200TC card. Have you found how
to fix this problem? I'm using the 81.98 version of the drivers.

No, I didn't fix the problem,
so I installed nVidia driver after Xpe installation.

SetupApi.log? That may help you to figure out the problem with the driver.
