NvCpl.dll exception

Hello,

I receive a similar error every time during boot up, which reads: an
exception occurred while trying to run
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup". Is this caused by a virus/worm?
How do I fix this? Thanks for any help you can provide!

It's associated with your nVidia graphics card. From start | run | msconfig
| Ok, on the startup tab uncheck the entry for nVidia.
