I formatted my computer and re-installed win XP, but durin
installation, when the files where being copied, I got a " cannot cop
NUSRMGR.CPL" file around at 59% and a "Cannot copy WEXTRACT.EXE".

I had no choice but to select omit, and see what would those missin
files would do.

It all seemed fine until I tried to add a new account and modify m
(change icon, password, etc) and there was the surprize, nusrmgr.cpl i
one of the Control Panel files (cpl), and without it, I cant do this
it simply doesnt appears in control panel.

please help me, how can I fix this problem?

(i already tried re-installing again couple of times, didn't work

One more thing, I've already tryied asking friends to pass me thei
nusrmgr file, and pasting it in the system32 file, but that didn'
work, it only makes the User Account ICON appear in the control panel
but when I open it, it opens an empty window and them gives me an erro
that says "number of arguments erronueos or property assignation no
valid" (translation from spanish)

thanks guys
