Numlocks.vbs applied to Computer GPO Instead

I am trying to make it so al my domain users have their
numlock on when they logon. I used Knowledge Base
#262625to apply a VBS script to apply to a Computer
configuration. Can you apply a startup script to a
computer configuration?

Yes. Startup scripts must be applied to computers, as they run well before
the Ctrl Alt Del screen is even displayed. Logon Scripts are run for users.
