Numerical Order in Windows Explore

How can I change my numerical order in Windows Explore in the XP os? In OS
2000, numbers are ordered this way - 11, 1200, 202, 203, 2114, 50, etc. - in
numerical order. In OS XP, my numbers sort by the number of digits in the
number, then by numerical order: 20, 61, 111, 703, 2004, 2005, etc. I would
like it to have the order that I had in OS 2000. Can anyone help?? Thanks
