numberlist?

i want to make a list in excel from 1 to 100, i have read many help file's
but i can't get it done.

Is here someone here to help out?

Hi
one way:
- enter 1 in cell A1
- enter 2 in cell A2
- now select cell A1 and A2 and copy them down to cell A100
