Numbering

Is it possible to number a set of rows automatically. E.G. starting at 1
and continue to 100. I'm doing invoicing and it is a pain to manually
insert the numbers.

Just tried the formula "=a1+1" ; then did a copy and paste. It worked.
Is there another option?

Put a 1 in A1 and put a 2 in A2. Highlight both cells then grap the bottom
right corner with the mouse and drag it down. Hopefully that is what you
meant.

Another way ..
Put in any starting cell, say B2: =ROWS($A$1:A1)
Copy B2 down to B101
