Numbering Records in a Report

I think I have had a major brain lapse. I can't remember how to number
records in a list-style report:

1. Alice
2. Bill
3. Clyde
4. David

And I can't find it in help or the manual. What is happening to me??? Can
anyone assist?

Found it...
Create an unbound textbox, setting the control source =1 and setting the
runningsum to Over Group or Over All.
Hope this helps someone else.
