numbering booklet pages

I have a 6-page booklet on 8.5x11 landscape. How do I number pages in the
following order: 1,6,5,2,3,4? When I edit one footer, all page numbers
change.
 
Booklets must have pages in multiples of four, so you'll need to have eight
pages. Then use "Book fold" to automatically put your pages in the correct
order.
