Numbered list

I have inserted a numbered list into my css but don't seem to have control
over the size and color of the font. The list is set to 10 pt Trebuchet Navy
but the numbers appear to be 12 pt Black Arial
How can I change the font of the automatically generated number?

Can't guarantee this is the solution, but try adding a doctype to your pages.
