I want to calculate the total number of weeks in a month.

The short answer is as there are no months with 35 days there are 4 weeks in
a month.

If you mean how many - say Fridays - there are in a month then a Google
search produced:

DOW: 1:Monday 7:Sunday

It's unclear what you are trying to achieve here,

Not really -

No months have 5 weeks = 35 days.

All months except non-leap-year February have at least one weekday that
occurs 5 times.

All months except February have at least two weekdays that occur 5 times.

Are you talking about a company four or five week financial period? If so,
that's random, the company sets that.
