Number of Characters in Active Title Bar

I was wondering if there is a way to increase the number of characters that
are displayed in the Active Title Bar.

I use a text editor that displays the entire path of the current file, and I
would like to be able to see more characters. I work on a widescreen and
there's lots of room for more.

You could try changing the size of the TitleBar Font, by going to "Control
Panel" > "Display Properties" > "Appearance Tab" > "Advanced button" and
then changing the value for Active Title Bar - Font Size
However, I am using the "Windows Classic" Theme and don't know if will have
any effect in the XP "Blue" theme.

I have tried that, but as you said, it doesn't work with the Windows XP
"Blue" Theme.
