number format - millions

Hi, I have been asked by my boss to convert a table of
data in another format. Basicly what I need is to learn
how can I format a cell so that when the value in it
1,500,000 shows as 1.5 only (i.e. I want to see how many
millions the value is)

Use a custom number format of 0.0,, .
