Number Box?

Hi,

I want one of those number box thingeys - the ones that will have a default
value of 0 with like 2 arrows (up and down) on the right and the user can
either click these to alter the value or type in a number.

How do I get one?

I dare say that an ActiveX control wouldn't be too hard to find, but I would
personally never use an ActiveX control for something I could do without
one. Which, in this case, could be done with a couple of small command
buttons placed next to a text box.
