These are the uninstall files from various updates you've applied to your
computer. You can safely delete the files, IF everything on your machine is
okay. Once you have deleted the files though, you won't be able to uninstall
any updates if you have problems in the future.
Make sure you aren't removing them from Add/Remove programs - as this would
actually remove the update.
