If you don't expect to ever require to back down from them then yes you can
delete them.
%windir%\$NtServicePackUnistall$
%windir%\$NtUninstall<xxxxxxxx>$
You can then delete the keys for them from;
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
else;
Control Panel|Add/ Remove|"hotfix" you'll be prompted something to the
effect "can't be found" and given the option to remove the entry.
