Does anyone know what I should type in as the NTTP server
to start my newsgroup account with Outlook 2002.

Outlook 2002 doesn't do newsgroups so there isn't any NNTP field in there.
Outlook Express does Newsgroups - the name of your NNTP server is going
to depend entirely upon what the ISP tells you it is. Might be news.myisp.com
or something like that.
