but I am using Win2k
Microsoft (R) Windows 2000 (R) 5.0 2195 Service Pack 4
Uniprocessor Free.
SP4 hasnt helped

cant repair cause of ntoskrnl.exe errors

any ideas ?

What is the STOP message? What is is refering to and is
there anything in the Eventlog that is related to this?
When the ntoskrnl goes there is no one single thing that
causes it.

Check Event Log errors by searching on www.EventID.net.
