NTLRD file missing & XP Boot disks

Greetings:

I was downloading the XP SP1 update and it crashed my
machine. I received the NTLRD missing error message. I
have my XP Home CD - but no boot disks, so....

I am trying to download from Microsoft the XP boot 6-
diskette boot set to 1.44 meg floppies - but with just 1
second to go - I am getting diskette full messages!

These are clean out of the box new diskettes! Help?

The xp home cd is bootable. Just go into your bios and set the cdrom to be
the first boot device. Then boot to the xp cd and do a repair install.
